Company Introduction

In order to resolve the country's power crisis, Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL) is registered as a public limited company on December 31, 1994, from the Registrar's Office of Joint Venture Companies and Firms. Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BPBL) and entrepreneur of 05 (Five) Pali Vidyut Samity (PBIS) RPCL Later, after receiving further 08 (eight) PBs partnerships, currently 13 (thirteen) PBIS and shareholders of the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (Bapbibord) RPCL The company is currently supplying it to the National Grid by generating 150 MW power through the three (3) power plants owned by it, and 287 M.O. through jointly developed BPDB-RPCL PowerJen Limited's Kadna power plant. Over the years, RPCL has gained tremendous experience in implementing new projects, conducting and maintaining power plants
